About Laura Kishi - MSN, FNP-C, Galderma GAIN Trainer
Born and raised in Novato, Laura’s love for her hometown is obvious as she continued to make San Marin her home base while attending Dominican University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2011. Laura began her RN career at SF General and Marin General, but it wasn’t until 2016 that she realized her true calling…bringing joy and confidence to her local friends and relatives by helping to revive and maintain their youthful appearance through medical aesthetics.
After realizing her true passion in nursing, Laura went back to earn her masters degree to further her career. In 2021, Laura graduated with Honors from United States University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program and holds board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Laura not only serves the Novato community but also clients from 8 counties statewide who come to Allure Aesthetics for her professionalism and results-based procedures. “2020 was a spiritually challenging year for many here in Northern California, and I am grateful that I have been able to bring such happiness, hope and confidence to so many during this difficult time. Now, as a business owner, I feel incredibly fortunate that I can address my clients’ needs directly, and I look forward to becoming an integral part of Novato’s business community.”
In her free time, Laura loves to spend time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves to hike, travel, spend time with her family, and take mini-road trips with her husband and pups.
About Gia Nieri - RN
Gia has deep roots in Novato and has called it home for many years. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Health Administration in 2012 and acquired her RN degree shortly after in 2016. Gia knew she wanted to be a nurse from a young age to support and positively impact the community around her. After beginning her career in perioperative services, she decided to pursue her interest in aesthetics, a field that she developed a passion for many years ago. Since the start of aesthetic career, she has gained extensive training and experience in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and chemical peels.
She is passionate about educating patients about personalized services, as well as providing and recommending the most beneficial treatments specific to each individual's needs and preferences. Gia is dedicated to making patients comfortable and informed with each treatment and service provided, which has earned her exceptional patient satisfaction and following. She is eager and adamant about delivering optimal results and outcomes, ensuring her patients feel refreshed, restored, and confident.
In her free time, Gia enjoys spending time with her family.
